Open Door cancellation / refund policy (active for bookings from 1st January 2024)

This policy applies to all Open Door and The Studio classes listed for booking on our booking site at www.bookwhen.com/opendoor.

Our refund / cancellation policy is as follows:

• If you cancel more than 30 days before your class, you can transfer to another class/event OR have a gift voucher to use which would be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• If you cancel less than 30 days before your class, unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund.
• If we cancel a class, you will be offered to move to another date (subject to availability), and if this is not suitable, you will be offered a full refund. ​

 
Please note this policy does not cover bookings you may make directly with a teacher/tutor.
